Subject: Disappointing Experience at Your Establishment Dear [Restaurant Management], I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. While the ambiance and food were delightful, the conduct of one of your hostesses significantly marred what was meant to be a celebratory occasion. Upon arriving at your restaurant to celebrate my 45th birthday, my party and I encountered numerous delays and unprofessional behavior from the hostess on duty. Despite having a reservation for the rooftop area, we were informed that we had to wait until 5:00 PM to be seated. Subsequently, when we approached the rooftop at the designated time, we were informed that we would have to wait until 5:45 PM due to the presence of other patrons. The hostess's communication was unpleasant and unaccommodating, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Furthermore, when we were finally seated, the setup did not align with the number of guests we had indicated in our reservation. This oversight further added to our dissatisfaction. I felt compelled to escalate the matter to the manager, and while I appreciate the swift intervention and the assignment of a more competent hostess, the initial experience had already soured our celebration. It is important to note that my party and I had spent over $1000 on this occasion, including food and drinks at the bar prior to being seated. Given the ill-mannered treatment we received, I strongly believe that some form of compensation would have been appropriate. Instead, we left feeling disheartened and disrespected, and even considered relocating our celebration to another venue had it not been so late. I trust that you understand the significance of providing exceptional service, especially for milestone celebrations such as birthdays. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

So far , one of the hottest days of the start of summer was met with exceptional service and amazing food at Blend Williamsburg. The mimosas and margaritas were perfect !

My wife kinda hyped-up Blend to me, so I was looking forward to going after a long day. It was a hot day and we were trying to get our frozen Margaritas on, only to find out the machine was not working (1st red flag). Then our order orders were taken and my wife had a Sushi type starter and I had the Tostones with some form of beef on top of it. Mines would have been much tastier, if it was hot enough (the Tostones that is, the Sushi was good...2nd Flag). For our Entrees, my wife had the Porgy, but she was not feeling the puree applied to it and the rice was cold as well (Third Flag...we out this mug!!). I had the Chicken Alfredo type dish and that was delicious, along with Garlic Bread. I guess the attraction is the ambiance and the music, cause as far as meal prep goes, one has to make sure the temperature of the food is on point.

The service was okay , the food took so long to come out we lasted almost an hour and when we ordered dessert at the end it also took forever to come out . We ordered 2 appetizers and only received one and by the time the plates come out we had to tell the server to forget the 2nd appetizer.

The place is nice inside. The noise level is very high. Unable to communicate without yelling. The meat was salty. The food overall was not amazing. Don’t think I’ll visit again.

It's one of the most gorgeous places I've ever been. Perfect date night spot or to hang with friends.The only issue is that's it's a bit noisy to have a conversation.

This was our first time at this location. We’ve dined at Blend on the Water and Blend Astoria both delicious. Blend Williamsburg is on a whole other level… the stag was amazing, the menu choices and food was all Delicious!! The vibe was on point!! A perfect place to come and party at your table with family or friends! We will definitely be back!!
