We are super excited to offer this unique experience in Blaq crafted by Manfield! It will only be available for dinner on 19 October and 20 October 2024 with 5:30pm and 8:30pm seatings. The menu is a complete surprise from Manfield!! All we know is that it will be filled with spiced flavours and native Aussie ingredients. It will also showcase our favourite and local suppliers. There will also be an arrival drink from Karu Distillery and wine throughout the night from De BeauRepaire wines! Blaq is the only place to be!! ** No refunds will be available or extensions of credit, this is a solid commitment!! The only dietary requirement that can be catered for is vegetarianism (& must be noted in your reservation please).

From the moment we walked through the front door we felt welcomed and at ease. The ambience and service were classy without being stifling or pretentious. They were very attentive to my very restrictive dietary needs and the chef did a great job of turning a basic side salad into something appetising. A wonderful dining experience!

The restaurant is really beautiful and cozy. The set up is really nice. The service was impeccable and was very accommodating to my allergies. The staff were very helpful. The food was superb very delicious the wine collection is very impressive as well. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic. The divine nature of Chef Miles’ garden-to-plate philosophy has shone through once again. My associates and I were blown away by the mushroom smalls dish—an absolute umami amazement. Will have to give many shout outs to the grilled octopus. We moved into pork and cubed beef, which were a perfect balance of the natural flavours of the meat and the spice in which they were served. Chef Miles is sure not too far off earning a Hat. Truly the culinary gem of the Blue Mountains.

We had a lovely time at our anniversary dinner. The ambience was lovely and we had a table by the window overlooking a beautiful cherry tree. The food was good but nothing that blew us away, given the price point and expectations.

Very good menu (fish, meat and vegetarian choices), substantial and nice to have much local produce and an excellent pretty much all-Australian wine list. Attractive bar. One of the best ristretto coffees I've had in a long time. Good breakfast buffet: croissants, cold cuts, breads etc [juices and barista coffee extra]. No need to go hungry!
