We are super excited to offer this unique experience in Blaq crafted by Manfield! It will only be available for dinner on 19 October and 20 October 2024 with 5:30pm and 8:30pm seatings at $250 per person. The menu is a complete surprise from Manfield!! All we know is that it will be filled with spiced flavours and native Aussie ingredients. It will also showcase our favourite and local suppliers. There will also be an arrival drink from Karu Distillery and wine throughout the night from De BeauRepaire wines! Blaq is the only place to be!! ** No refunds will be available or extensions of credit, this is a solid commitment!! The only dietary requirement that can be catered for is vegetarianism (& must be noted in your reservation please).

My husband and I loved this restaurant. Blaq is located in the hotel called Kyah hotel in Blue Mountains. We had a really great time for 2 nights 3 days. The restaurant has a great ambience next to the farm and woods. The fancy vibes were giving exquisite relaxation. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The food was outstanding and here are our top picks: Cheese platter, Pork Belly, Egg Yolk with local mushrooms, Grilled octopus, and Truffle oil mac and cheese. On top of this, their bar menu was quite exceptional: we loved all their craft cocktails. Here are our personal recommendations: G&Tea, Smoke on the water, Native negroni, Johnny apple seed. Overall experience was great - it’s been a lovely time over here so for those coming out of the country like us (from Singapore and Philippines), check this out when you visit the Blue Mountains.

Scallops starter a real winner. Barramundi excellent. Scotch fillet "cube" fantastic, according to Mr. Hard-to-please. REALLY REALLY 1ST CLASS DINING EXPERIENCE!

Blaq food is amazing it’s worthy of at least one hat. The chef is creative in his presentation and flavours. Great wine selection. The ambience however is that of a provincial cafe and the service appalling- waitress argues with customers male whose function is unknown is always surly. In the last 2 weeks I’ve had two lunches there and not seen him smile once. The chef and kitchen crew is the opposite. Warm friendly and happy to chat. One waitress stood out she was Scottish great personality well trained and loved very manner. The young girl with the awful sharp claws has zero personality slams dishes down and stands above customer with the swipe machine. News flash if someone asks for the bill you give them what they ask. We still had an unfinished glass of wine and the rude manner she displayed was worthy of an untrained country bumpkin.

Best meal I’ve had in a very, very long time. Can’t go wrong dining at Blaq. Fabulous.

Wasn’t sure how we would all like the food from the menu, slightly different presentation No worries at all, our lovely waitress was very helpful with choices from the smalls menu, all delicious, nine adults and one 12 year old at our table, we all ordered a variety from the mains menu, all happy with our choices The guys all tried a couple of beers The coffees were great Service staff vey attentive Happy with our visit to Blaq👏
