We are proud to be a part of Michelin selection. When choosing Blank, you are choosing to embark on a dining experience. You are very much leaving all the choices to us albeit with advance notice, we can cater for vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian and pregnancy diets.

Blank is about more than just a menu; it is about celebrating exceptional produce and people behind it. We work with suppliers, farmers, and growers, big and small, from all provinces of Ireland and we’ve made a promise that our menus will only use produce from this island, unless, in exceptional circumstances it is fundamental to the dish and is not produced here.

We aim to provide the highest level of service but without the pretence. We want you to have fun, and we want to make it personal. Our wine pairing reflects our love for exceptional wine, we put a lot of time and effort into picking wines that don’t only compliment the dishes but complete them with the flavour profile.

Unfortunately this review is from the last evening as Blank. The team are changing up the format and re-opening as Saga. We were allowed a preview of the new menu and it looks stunning. I am sure the excellent food and service will continue.

An outstanding meal with professional, attentive and courteous staff. The food was delicious with quality ingredients, presentation and thought into each course. The best fine dining restaurant in Ireland. It is such a shame Blank are having to rebrand but I have no doubt the bistro restaurant will be of the same standard. Blank you will be sorely missed.

This was my second time at Blank, and unfortunately this experience did not live up to the incredible experience first time. I’m not sure if it is because Blank is in the process of closing and reopening with a new concept, but the quality of the food and the expertise of the service was considerably lower than my first visit. It seemed like they had perhaps lost some of their more experienced staff prior to the closure of the restaurant.

I was surprised at how much food there actually was, was full going home. The staff were lovely and attentive but not too much and it was a great experience.

First time and sadly the last time, for us trying Blank. Overall a solid 10/10. Food superb, service knowledge and friendliness of staff excellent.

I’ve been looking at this place for a while and learning that it is closing soon, I decided to book their 9 course dinner. Although it took them a minute to attend to me when I arrived, I loved every second of it. Their dedication to only use Irish ingredients is truly outstanding. The courses ranged from interesting textures to bold unique flavors, and I loved it all. I expressed my fondness of burgundy to the sommelier and she even tailored my wine pairing to include burgundy as much as possible, which I really appreciate. The staff were professionals. They were attentive and quick to respond to any needs or problems. The decor was tasteful and interesting. Every good thing has to come to an end, and Blank is on its way out. However I am truly glad that I dined here, and if I could go back in time to experience it again, I would. 10/10

Food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable, in a pleasant environment. The pricing, while it seems quite expensive, when it actually comes to what you get for your money in terms of food quality, service and the dining experience, it is very reasonably priced.

Arrived on time but had to wait an hour to be seated at our table which was not a good start…but blank is all about the food and that was the disappointing part. Some great courses on the tasting menu..but there are some very average ones too. Flavour was elusive on the mushroom dish and in both the dessert courses…but to be fair the duck was top notch. Overall we felt underwhelmed….the food just didn’t justify the size of the bill….
