Situated in the heart of la Roma, Blanco Colima is a restaurant located in one of the most iconic buildings of the end of the Porfiriato with an unbeatable architectural framework. A space opened to culture, art and gastronomy.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients. Our proposal has a range of possibilities: from classic cocktails to signature cocktails, where no matter what you drink the quality and detail are noticeable.

Amazingly beautiful. Service was outstanding and everything we ate was just perfect. A favorite amongst everyone in our group. Can’t believe this doesn’t have a Michelin star because it was better than several of our Michelin visits this trip

Took my husband for his BD and the food and service were both great. His steak was a little rare for him and the floor manager noticed him looking at pieces he cut, and without hubby even saying anything, the floor manager asked him if everything was OK and if his steak was done enough which meant he was paying attention on a busy Saturday night, which was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Delicious. Nice atmosphere and music. Cocktails good but would be better less sweet and a bit stronger

This was our third time eating at Blanca Colima. Unfortunately, unlike the saying, this visit completely lacked charm. Yes, the ambiance is special but not enough so to overcome significant deficiencies. Like confused and disjointed service. And bad food. We didn’t actually like any of our food, save for potentially liking the risotto—if it hadn’t been returned to the kitchen because it was originally delivered to our table out of sequence and then, when returned, came to the table cold. I’d call that a restaurant cardinal sin. The rest of the food wasn’t better than “meh,” and certain wasn’t enhanced by unimaginative, cartoonish plating. Even the bread was unimpressive for a city with otherwise outstanding baked goods. Sadly, so many fails will not merit a return visit. Not with a plethora of other great choices in Mexico City. It was fun while it lasted.

Todo el personal siempre muy amable, el sabor de los platillos es sobresaliente, sin embargo los platillos que se suponían debían ser calientes estaban si acaso tibios. Precio elevado en las bebidas y ligeramente elevado en los platillos. La música se mantuvo con volumen elevado todo el tiempo.

Great experience, loved the vibe on a beautiful Saturday night in CMDX can’t be beat. Great service, food and cocktails. Mezcal, tuna tostada, croquettes, spare rib tacos were wonderful starters, beet salad (ok but that’s me), duck confit and duck ravioli were great. Night was complete with lemon surprise and coffee. Followed dinner with short walk and everything was perfect, highly recommend dinner at this restaurant.

Everthing was great and our waiter Armando was perfecr with great suggestions and he even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my daughter

Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The menu was varied and all of our options were tasty and well prepared. Prices were pretty typical and the wine list was decent. We would go back.

Great night! We enjoyed a variety of entradas, shared the salt-crusted snapper, and had two desserts - and everything was well-prepared and well-presented!
