food as ok, nothing special, average. chairs super uncomfortable- cold metal, like a patio chair, staff inattentive, didn’t offer or suggest dessert- we had to ask (didn’t order anything because nothing was appealing, took 20 min to get our check after we had to ask for it

The food was excellent. The appetizers we ate were delicious, the drinks were tasty and the service was superb.

From the hostess stand to our server Cesar and seeing the manager on duty walk the floor and oversee the front and back of operations it was such an incredible experience like I was back in the city! Great personal service and a sever who was a true professional and just “knew” what the guest needed. Thank YOU! To the manager who was not fazed by my spirited children THANK you for making me feel welcome and not judged. The food was very tasty and well prepared. If I was going to get back into hospitality, I’d apply here. Such an upstanding establishment and well trained. Thanks times 3. :)

Not a lot of costumers and the time to bring the drinks and food was too much As usual the drinks good the enchilada de camarón barely a shrimp flavor.

The drink selection was surprising and each one tasted amazing. Appetizers came out quickly and the food quality was some of the best Mexican style food.

One member of our party was seated before the rest of the party arrived but was never greeted by the server. Our server was MEH. Our guacamole was browning and didn’t seem fresh. We were seated at a bar table and the noise from the bar refrigeration was so loud. We have enjoyed Blanco Cocina many times before so we hope last night was just an off night. Unfortunately, there were too many things that just made the experience lackluster, that could have easily been controlled.

However, your feedback has given me the opportunity to coach the team on this. For that I'm very grateful. In the future you can always let us know if something isn't to your liking, whether it be the seating, service or food. The management team and I are always happy to help in the moment so you can enjoy your experience from top to bottom. The refrigeration issue is actually our frozen marg machine. We are working on that. I promise. In the meantime I've marked on your reservation to seat you further away from that so it's not such an annoyance.
