4-Star Review for Bianco in Scottsdale, AZ I recently visited Bianco in Scottsdale and had the BBQ Pork Taco with Pinto Beans and Rice, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience. My food arrived piping hot, which immediately set the tone for a great meal. The BBQ Pork Taco was a standout. The smoky sweetness of the BBQ paired beautifully with the tangy crunch of the pickled onions—an unexpected but perfect match. The pinto beans and rice were equally impressive, evoking a comforting sense of nostalgia. The flavors took me right back to my childhood, bringing memories of eagerly waiting for Sunday dinners after church with my family. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the atmosphere was a bit less energetic than I’d prefer for an exciting meal. Still, the food and friendly service more than made up for it. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their offerings!

We spent New Year’s Eve here last year. It was good service, good food, nice atmosphere. We eat here 3/4 times a year and has become one of our all time favorites. Food is always good, reasonably priced, servers are pleasant and responsive. We always have a nice time here. And the margaritas? Best in town.

Usually big fans of this restaurant. Horrible experience on our last visit. Food was good, as usual, however the service was awful. Our waiter was apparently overwhelmed by two large parties (ours being one of them) in his section. Food served at various times, some people got their food about 20 minutes after placing their order, others in our party waited 50 minutes for their meals. So disappointing as we were hosting family from out of town. *I’m appreciative that the General Manager of Blanco Cocina at the Borgata called me today to discuss my review. She expressed genuine concern regarding our negative experience and assured me that she’s working hard to ensure that their service is always top notch. This type of response is exactly what you hope for from a well run restaurant that cares about its patrons.

Very nice waiter ,but extremely slow service. Had to ask several times other staff members to ask him to come over. Food was excellent as always. Love Blanco and this location.

Both the food and service were excellent. We brought some friends here for the first time and had a great time. They also commented on how great the food and service were this evening. Btw, the short rib machaca is a must try; very delicious! The margaritas were of good quality and enjoyable. The restaurant was energetic and made our dinner time fun. So far haven’t been disappointed in several visits to Blanco. Definitely will be back (soon)!

Our waitress forgot to deliver water for our group of four, and a round of drinks. A second round was incredibly slow. She apologized several times for forgetting. Not life threatening events but it changed the vibe of the dinner experience.
