Blanchette Soho is a French bistro serving simple, classic and inventive French food. Our concept is based on the idea of sharing, from smaller snacks such as, charcuterie and cheese, to larger traditional dishes with a Blanchette twist. A fine selection of drinks, including a variety of French wines and classic cocktails, are also available.

Founded in 2013 by brothers Maxime, Malik and Yannis, the quintessentially Parisian restaurant is named after their mother. Maxime and Yannis have, between them, almost 30 years of experience in hospitality having worked in top restaurants across London, New York and Paris.

Music also plays a big part at Blanchette, with Malik, founder of sound design company La Musique du Faubourg, providing the soundtrack to ensure a buzzing and convivial atmosphere.

Blanchette is a French bistro in the heart of Soho. The Jungle Room provides a perfect space to host a business lunch, friend reunion or a family celebration. The room can accommodate up to 14 guests. We offer the option to seat up to 44 guests with the whole restaurant privatization.

Not a very inspiring menu and the selection of wine, by the glass, was poor. The food was competently cooked but not worth a special trip for the price. which was £118 for two mains, two glasses of wine, one bottled water and one ball of sorbet!

Excellent service, excellent cellar and an excellent menu. What’s not to like? While it can be a little noisy - it’s a small restaurant, so don;t be surprised, that’s the only caveat I’d offer. It’s truly worth the effort to locate this place.

Very small portions for the price and quite patronising when the natural wine wasn’t classed as such on the menu. However it was nice overall

A lovely little find. We were torn between moules or a charcuterie board and ended up selecting both, all whilst savouring some delicious red wine. Restaurant was clean and well laid out, our server very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the different selection of cheeses and meats accompanied by delicious honey. Overall, a great afternoon and we will be back.

I had a lovely experience at Blanchette. The three-course prix fixe menu was well-presented, flavorful, and filling without being too much. The food was of great quality and the recommended wine pairing was excellent. Service was attentive and friendly. The space itself is beautiful, certainly worth a photograph but very conducive to a quiet and pleasant meal. I would certainly come back.

Great Saturday late lunch. Relaxed atmosphere. Sat at the bar with fantastic service from the bartender and manager. Food and wine is great.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to you for making my friend’s hen do party truly unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and we are especially grateful for the private room — it made the experience so much more special. You created memories that will last a lifetime, and for that, we are incredibly thankful. We can’t wait to return!
