Decent meal but service was inattentive. Table was missing place settings for one diner, we had to ask for water and had to initiate contact with our server for drink reorders. I have a 6yo son and the hostess basically assigned him against the wall because 'kids get in the way of servers if they sit at the end'. Overall the food was good but experience was 'meh'

They are clearly understaffed, and those who are working there are doing the best they can to manage, but it definitely is lowering the quality of the experience.

The reservation process was so easy. The check in was quick. Our waitress was friendly and always available, but not too much. The drinks came out quickly. The menu was great! Our food choices were all delicious and lots of food. We will definitely return. The staff was great!

Everything was great. My only complaint was the temperature of the restaurant. It was very hot outside that day, and the dining area was very sticky and uncomfortable. Food, service were great, no wait time for my reservation. My family really enjoys Blackwell Hitch every time we go.

Despite the menu being marked with gluten free items they brought out one of those meals with a gluten containing topping. The they took approximately 20 minutes to remake it while the rest of the table had their meals. The other dishes were ok but not a ton of flavor.

Basic experience. Food was ok, but presentation was nothing to rave about. We sat at the bar instead of our reserved high top table, by choice. Service was fine accept there was the impression there was no tap beer which we thought was odd but later learned not to be the case. Chain restaurant vibe.
