We are regulars, and this was our worst experience at a restaurant in a very long time. We had to walk out! When you intend to spend multiple hundreds of dollars on food, you should not have to wait over an hour between appetizers and main, nor should you have plates piled in front of you, plus no one came to check on us, or even if we wanted a drink, nothing... Fyi we arrived at 5pm, before it got busy.

Perhaps the worst meal and service Iv ever had in my entire life. From waiting 20 minutes for a drink when we sat down, to them forgetting cutlery. My meal being forgotten such that it can out after everyone had finished eating, to the waiter bumping my friend in the head 6 times or throwing the cutlery down and giving zero Fs. Will never return

Celebrating our best friends 50th Anniversary! Everything was perfect and the food was fabulous! Everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was excellent and they never rushed us. I would highly recommend Blackstone’s Grille.

Went for dinner with my family. Most of us ordered steaks. The steaks were definitely dry, seemed like they were already cooked, and just reheated. I asked for some sauce to put on it, but it did not taste any better. Very disappointing.

We chose the Fairfield Restaurant week menu, the number of selections was outstanding compared to other participating restaurants. Food and service met my expectations for this quality restaurant. Have been to Blackstone's before and keep coming back

Food was excellent and great value for Restaurant week - probably one of the best. Service was inattentive and main course was being served before appetizer plates were taken away. They need more service help even to get water refilled. Food however is great!

We went on the last Saturday of Restaurant Week so a 20 min. wait for our reservation was understandable. Menu was one of the best available for RW! A but if an extended wait between apps and entrees but place was packed with apparently a private party in the side room. The only reason for 4-stars not 5-stars was the cheesecake dessert was still semi-frozen in the middle and was apparently rush-prepared as what should have been a nice strawberry gel on the plate were little drag lines; bottle must have been empty. I couldn’t even scrape up enough to taste it so it was boring plain cold cheesecake which was a disappointing end to an otherwise delicious meal.

We arrived at 6:40 pm for a 6:45 pm reservation and the front desk was packed with people. The girl behind the desk was just writing names on a piece of paper. When I told her we had a reservation she said we got busy with reservations so you’ll have to wait - basically it’s first come, first served. We didn’t wait that long so it worked out but if a customer has a confirmed reservation it should not be first come first served. Reservations should always take priority. If they can’t handle an online reservation system don’t use Open Table, only take reservations over the phone so you can control them. Overall, service and food were good. Noise level was loud but they were very busy so that’s understandable.
