We had amazing service! Were checked on multiple times they communicated clearly. Had great suggestions from the menu! Overall was a great experience. The food was okay - shrimp flight, wine flight and mojito flight were great. We had the ravioli flight which was just not our cup of tea in terms of flavor. Not their fault at all 100% just our taste. The land flight the waiter recommended the bourbon marinated tips which was an excellent recommendation. We also had the cowboy cut which was not flavored at all. The main issue was the chicken piccata. I couldn’t cut it using a steak knife. The other big problem were the plates for the flights and drink flight holders were too big to fit on the table. Overall great service just disappointed a bit by the overall price compared to the execution. Think we will stick with the one in Coventry as we are frequently there and food is always great. Wish they made their drinks in Coventry same way they make them in EG and it would be the perfect place!

The food the great staff the atmosphere this place is just batting 1000! And the fruit martini flight 🤤 The ravioli flights is a must the lobster ravioli I could live with that as my last meal! It was an amazing girls night out. This place is a vibe. Try to get seated by the window it’s makes for great selfies

This was my fourth time dining at Blackstone. The first 3 times the food was excellent. Last night, the food was pretty average. The salmon was dried out and poor quality, scallops and asparagus were not hot . Sorry but my 2 friends I was with did not think their food was good at all. New chef? Thought you should know.

Wine flights are 3 very small glasses. Maybe 2oz each. Better value to order a full glass of wine. Very slow bar service, no attention to detail. Wine stains from spill. Meat flight was good but portions are small. Side order of carrots was very overcooked.

Excellent steak dinner and drinks. Bartenders were really friendly. Good atmosphere, will definitely be back.

Lovely place with a great vibe. Service was good. Seafood flight was a little overcooked, friends steak came out later than the rest of the table but they bought us all dessert. Drinks were excellent !

Ambiance was wonderful and splendid service. All the ladies helped each other’s their give is great customer service. There was a small glitch on a side dish, but they quickly made amends. The food was delicious! Only thing is that it can get quite pricey with the food flights and sides as all individual pricing. However you can taste the good quality of ingredients. We will be back!
