Blacklock est une version moderne du grand chophouse britannique. Installé dans une ancienne maison close, il a sélectionné pour vous la meilleure viande du pays produite par l'agriculteur et boucher récompensé Philip Warren de Cornwall. Il cuisine avec la plus grande simplicité des côtelettes sur un authentique grill au charbon de bois avec l'aide d'anciens fers à repasser Blacklock, le tout accompagné de cocktails à 5 GBP et de vin à la tireuse dans ce paradis souterrain atmosphérique de l'entrecôte. Le dimanche, attablez-vous pour le traditionnel rôti dominical britannique qui rivalise en saveurs avec celui de votre maman. Réservations : Du lundi au vendredi : Les réservations pour le déjeuner ainsi que le dîner avant une pièce de théâtre se font de midi à 15h00 et de 17h00 à 18h00. Les réservations pour plus de 6 personnes sont possibles à partir de 18h00. Le samedi : le restaurant vous accueille de midi à 23h00. Les réservations pour le déjeuner ainsi que le dîner avant une pièce de théâtre sont de midi à 18h00. Les réservations pour plus de 6 personnes sont possibles à partir de 18h00. Le dimanche : le restaurant est ouvert de midi à 17h30. Les réservations (pour un petit ou grand nombre de personnes) se font toute la journée.

We saw a food critic review the Sunday ‘all in’ roast saying it was “the best roast in London”, so we booked months in advance. We ordered the all in and a cauliflower cheese. The food came luke warm (on Sunday you can only order a roast so I assume they cook everything before and then serve up when the order comes through as the food came within 10 minutes of sitting down). The potato’s were like canteen style potato’s and considering the plate is £52, it was not worth it. Per 2 people, You get 2 Yorkshire’s, 4 carrots, handful of cabbage and the meat slices. The meat was so fatty. The cauliflower cheese was lovely though (although this was an extra £5 side). Overall it did not live up to our expectations, don’t get me wrong we ate the meal, we aren’t ones to complain but our bill came to £80 with a drink each and the sharing plate, and we were both starving afterwards so we got another dinner! The only good experience is the restaurant kindly moved our booking forwards by 30 mins as we were early to the table.

Beautiful Sunday Roast with a selection of 3 meats - pork, lamb and Beef all cooked to perfection. The pork crackling was unbelievable! You can’t miss out on their White Chocolate Cheesecake that has the most delicious biscuit base and comes served at your table. Can’t wait to go back again!

Visiting from the states and have been in Europe for 3 weeks (Paris, London, Edinburgh, Oxford) and this was one of my favorite meals I had and we went to many restaurants, a few being Michelin star restaurants. The combination of the service being the best we experienced and the food being excellent made it a great night.

The food was amazing, the staff really friendly and helpful. It was for my daughter's 21st birthday and they couldn't have been more lovely

Never disappoints, thank you as always for a great meal with wonderful service. I eat here sometimes twice per trip….Sunday for the Roast and then again for the standard meal.
