10/10 service The blacklock fillet was unreal wouldnt recommend the denver steak though...sides were unreal and they very kindly gave my boyfriend a dessert for his birthday. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff and amazing food, the staff were all so accommodating and helpful with the menu! Would definitely recommend and go again.

Exceptional service!! Really friendly and attentive staff. Really mediocre and disappointing small plates. Main shared chops platter was amazing. Flavoursome and good quality lamb/beef. Delicious chips and gravy. Apple crumble was awful. Large dry chunks of apple. Little crumble. Nothing holding it together. Disgustingly awful toilets. Need a good clean!! Toilet seats falling off, sanitary bins overflowing. Been trying to get a booking for so long and the few things that let it down would deter me from visiting, even though the main course (their specialty) was on point.

Honestly we were excited to come here and the food was FINE, not amazing not bad just fine and was super expensive. Bit disappointed

I love Blacklock . The food is absolutely delicious, love the steaks / sauces/ chips and sides . The service is great too , our waitresses were really attentive. My only slight criticism/ observation is that it was just so incredibly loud, it was so difficult to hear each other, so we didn’t stick around for pudding . Not sure if there are acoustics issues in the Covent Garden branch as I don’t remember the Soho restaurant being like this .

Sunday roast at Blacklock hit the mark! We got the All In which includes all three meats: beef, pork, and lamb. We are not big fans on lamb, so they let us sub and get 2x beef and 1x pork! Thank you! The cabbage and carrots stood out as excellent of the trimmings, but everything was good. Highly recommended!

Our last meal after a month travels in England and the All In Sunday roast was our favorite meal. Highly recommend. Thank you.

The purpose of our visit was to compare Sunday roasts with another well known steak restaurant. We felt that overall this came out best - almost everything on the plate was better. The service was a little slow but they were busy so it's understandable. There were lots of birthday's going on and candles with either dessert or after dinner drinks. I scored down on value because it did add up to being quite expensive. Great place, great food, we will be back.
