We came this evening for my daughters 18th birthday, we have been several times before but not with our children. I booked for 18:45 but as our show had finished and plans were changing I tried my luck and went to see if we could be seated earlier. The staff greeted us and moved bookings around and got us seated. We were looked after by the friendly staff the whole time. Any questions were answered and all food was explained. We had the all in for 4 people probably would have fed 6-8! The food was amazing !

Service was quite slow, and we didn’t receive our drinks until we were served our main course, which we then had to remind them of. There were only three options for dessert, so we then decided to find dessert elsewhere in Covent Garden. However, the steak was one of the best I’ve ever had - very flavourful and tender. Just a bit disappointing that service wasn’t up to scratch, as the food was lovely to say the least. One of the waitresses, Labina, was very kind and made our dining experience all the much better after we had been neglected by our first waitress.

Amazing food. Amazing staff. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place 100%. We will be coming back again and again.

Waiting staff very accommodating - special shoutouts to Vanessa who got us roses for my girlfriend for our anniversary, and to Alex who assisted us through the menu (recommending which steak to get and to get the gravy) and was overall really friendly on our special night - thanks once again!!!

Fillet steak ordered medium. After a 30 minute wait. Very Dry with little flavour. 3/10. Sorry. Only had one mouthful then left. Not the usual standard as have been before.

Fantastic burger and very tasty sides. The chops are very good and good value for money as well. Burger with a side of chop - what’s not to like?

Great value on a Monday night with large steaks at 30% off. Really busy at 6pm and the food was delicious as ever!

We love our trips to Blacklock Covent Garden but this visit wasn’t up to its usual standard. We had the ‘All In’ this visit and it wasn’t brilliant, the gravy was really watery but despite that, it’s still a solid roast. Potatoes were crispy and Yorkshire puds were decent, veg was tasty and the cauli cheese was nice enough, just lacked the usual cheese flavour. Something was just missing with the overall meal. It’s usually out of this world and full of flavour. We were also sad to see Paulo, wasn’t there, his service is always so impeccable and one of the reasons we enjoy coming back. Our severs were all great on our recent trip too, friendly and helpful. Also, our dessert was forgotten but kindly put on free of charge. We did feel a little rushed to leave, granted we had a late booking of 5:45pm but definitely felt the pressure to finish and depart, which isn’t great.
