We booked this for a birthday weekend trip to London as we wanted a steak. A little off the main drag of Covent Garden but easy to find. A few steps down to the restaurant and it was packed. A great vibe and everything was well explained. We had a lovely wall booth and the service was brilliant form our first server. We ordered the All In never having been to a Blacklock before and we thought the food was excellent. I then researched and read up on the concept and think its brilliant. We tried their Blacklock lager. Very nice and easy to drink. Not too heavy. A great atmosphere and lovely food. We shared a fries and they were fabulous. The slaw was lovely and we had plenty. We ordered dessert to share. Homemade lovely cheesecake. Would have liked something with chocolate on the dessert menu. Only 3 to choose from and a little limited. Overall a fabulous experience and we think we've found a hidden gem!

After getting over the initial disappointment of Blacklock not having any Ribs to start and they had run out of Rib Eye Steak as a main by 18.30pm in the evening I couldn’t fault the rest of the night. The food we did order was off the scale. My wife and I shared an “All in” and both our children (13 & 18) had Filet Steak. To say we were pleased was an understatement, it was so good. The Blacklock gravy lives up to the hype too. I can’t wait to go back and a big shout out to our waiter, what a lovely young man, so helpful and polite, a real credit to the Blacklock Team. Bravo and see you soon.

Very attentive service and care taken over my fellow diner's food intolerance. The lamb rump he chose was sublime and the chef made him some special mint sauce to accompany it. We were very impressed.

Great service from our waiter, Christian, food absolutely delicious - probably best Ribeye ever. Good value pricing - only bad point is the noise level, way to high, needs some acoustic ceiling baffles to help the conversation.

Not only the best food, but the best service and friendliest waiters in London. Book in, order the All In, followed by the Cheesecake and then thank me later.

Overall experience wasn’t great quite dark inside couldn’t really hear our waitress was going to have sharing platter for 4 but felt like we we’re conned into having a piece of steak for £90 as well as a platter for 3 which had enough steak on it anyway. They wanted us off table asap which was not great as we spent quite a bit anyway live and learn 👍

Even better than i thought it would be. Had a lovely lunch, and some great cocktails. Friendly staff. Good music. Really enjoyed the experience.
