We’ve long loved Canary Wharf and it's rich history of the nearby Docklands and Billingsgate Market, yet Blacklock in a glass tower never quite fit. One look at an old disused warehouse nestled cosily in the corner of Canary Wharf underneath the train tracks of the North Dock and we knew we had found home. Feel the comforting rumble of trains passing overhead conjuring memories of some of our favourite haunts underneath the bridges in NYC - a place where, with the blinds rolled down and away from prying eyes, a decadent lunch can swiftly roll into dinner.

    Service was amazing, food was delicious - highly recommend the short ribs to start and the all in for mains, can’t wait to go back!

    our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful, he was equipped with helpful information about the different cuts of meat as well as some of the history behind it. He also gave us some free wine tasting and explained in detail with how they compliment the steaks.

    A great place to eat with lots of atmosphere. Exceptional food and very accommodating of dietary requirements. House IPA and the sharing platter recommended! Definitely will be back.

    Always the food and service at Blacklock was incredible. Our waiter was dream and really made us for special. Will continue to keep coming back!!

    Daniel is the best and the food is always as good as usual Big chop is one of the things you have to order on Monday

    Blacklock was so good. The service and food was great. I took my husband to the restaurant for his birthday and although I didn’t tell them it was his birthday the waiter overheard us talking and brought out dessert with candles on it. Such a lovely touch! We had the ‘all in’ and I was worried we had ordered too much but it was just right and cooked to perfection. Would definitely book again!

    The food was great. Our server was very rude. After we'd been seated for a while, he came up to us and didn't even greet us or ask us anything other than "are you ready to order?" He didn't say a word to us after we paid the bill and he was very short with me when I asked where the bathroom was.
