We reside in an old Feed and Mercantile Building in the heart of Old Town Temecula. We believe in quality over quantity, cutting no corners and most of all, in our community. Blackbird Tavern has an “Old Farm-House” feel with Modern amenities. Our 12,000 Square foot venue was designed to accommodate events of all sizes, from a 40 guest rehearsal dinner to a 200 guest reception. Their food is always good! Wish the service was a bit quicker given it wasn’t too busy but that’s ok!

Food was not good except for the appetizers. We were served appetizers and no plates. We had to wait for a while before even being served. Food was ok but not to ratings. Beer selection was minimal for what we expected. Outdoor area is nice.

When for Father’s Day. Did not seem overly crowded but the food took forever and I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was too firm and chewy plus is was cold. Would not go back

Adriene is the best waiter. Every time we go there we request him to be our server. We love the bottomless mimosas

Blackbird was a nice surprise. Tucked away on a side street of Old Town Temecula, it had a great ambience. We went there for Mother's Day Brunch. Our reservation was for 11:00 am and were seated as soon as we walked in. We sat in the outdoor patio and greeted immediately by our server. We ordered Bloody Mary's that were overflowing with garnish, delicious! The patio dining area has many activities: Corn Hole, Large Jenga Blocks, etc. It was quiet and relaxed. The food was great and there was a large variety of dishes on the menu. We ordered the Mediterranean Flatbread and the Italian Bene which we shared. Both were amazing in taste and presentation. We will definitely go back to Blackbird!

The only reason I gave Blackbird Tavern this rating is for the food only. I ordered the coconut fried chicken curry and it was not good. Extremely spicy, the menu doesn’t tell you the level of spice, I barely tasted the coconut. The bowl was drowning in curry sauce with what seemed like a half of cup of rice. The chicken was more breading than chicken. Also, the many food options on their menu. The curry was by far the worst curry I’ve ever had.

Good food. The service was friendly but pretty slow inattentive. This despite the fact that it was not at all crowded. Nonetheless, a pleasant experience.
