Unsafe, Slow, and Overpriced – Wouldn’t Recommend This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Nashville. First off, the floors were dangerously slick. We nearly slipped, and three people behind us almost fell as well. That alone should’ve been a red flag — it’s clear they aren’t keeping the place clean or safe. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited over 35 minutes for our food. When it finally came, the salad was warm (and not in a fresh way), and my burger was undercooked. I sent it back, but after waiting another 30 minutes with still no replacement, we had to leave. No apology, no urgency — just awful service. To top it off, we were charged for the hot salad we barely touched. This place is overpriced for what it is, poorly managed, and there are far better options in Nashville. Skip it.

It is fairly quiet and not crowded, which is often a delight so close to Broadway. However, the food and drinks were subpar and expensive, with inattentive service. Would recommend 5th and Broad food hall over Black Tap any day.

Adam was our amazing server. He was funny and friendly. The burgers were cooked to, not only order, but perfection! We would visit here again.
