Service was good however had to wait for our table to be ready at 5:30pm and were seated late. 45min for steak and when it steak arrived both were overcooked. Our medium rare came out medium well and our medium came out well done. Still edible. This was acknowledged and we were kindly provided with a free dessert. The dessert was delicious as was the butter lettuce salad. Overall still an enjoyable experience.

The food was unbelievable as always. If there was another bartender on, I think we would’ve got our drinks as quickly as I like. A nice touch that the owner came around and asked all of the diners if they were having a good experience. I would eat here every night if the bone marrow was put back on the menu

Our experience at Black Hide was wonderful from start to finish. We dined with 4 adults and 2 children and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The food was simply amazing and we look forward to another visit soon!

Quick trip to the big smoke for an ad industry catch up, and so our first visit to The Big Food Processor (AKA Queens Wharf), via the Neville Bonner Bridge. Spectacular views of the approaching storms from the Sky Deck. Best decision ever was to treat ourselves to dinner at Black Hide Steak & Seafood by Gambaro . To inhale the fire grilled charry aromas of that 350g rib eye was almost as good as tasting its tender perfectly medium rare goodness. Simples, with just potato fries & red wine jus. Nothing else needed. Oh yeah, and the scallops and coral trout were banging too. Thank you Tony for the extraordinary attentive table service, and the rest of the team. Even a wine named for my dearest!
