The food was expensive but very tasty and the service was excellent. We were shocked however when we were charged an $86.15 'Saturday Surcharge'! What was that? We didn't see that cost advertised anywhere and were not made aware of it. We spent, as a group, $947 on food and drinks for our party of 6. This soured our experience.

The stake was great but lack of service, I had a reservation at 8:45pm but the concierge desk wasn’t aware the time and I have to approach them at almost 9pm where I was waiting at the bar.

Steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster pasta was not over oily.

When I booked, I choses an outdoor setting, however, as the weather turned, I asked for an inside table - As it turned out, it would have been perfectly fine outside. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. I was surprised when a decorated plate of icecream turned up with a candle and they sang Happy Birthday to me. The food was 'top shelf' and we will certainly be back!

Overall pretty good but was disappointed with the service (with the exception of the waiter who took our order who was fabulous) Each time we needed to order we had to get the attention of someone which was frustrating. Between starters and mains only half the plates were cleared, one persons plate was attempted to be cleared while they were still eating. Steaks came out while other plates were still on the table. Only one guest was asked if they wanted condiments with steaks then never came back to ask the others. Majority of the food was delicious and the place has an excellent atmosphere but for a venue of this nature service seemed chaotic or non existent and could use some work.

What an experience we had. The food would have to be the best we have had for a very long time. The hoice of steaks was great a cooked to perfection. And as for those desert's to finish off a great day out. Service was outstanding all round. We will be back.
