Great city view and service from young waiter Joe. Both our steaks were very average (one was medium rare when asked medium) with minimal flavour and very chewy. Could get better at pub. Mash potato had some hard clumps like maybe someone got tired of mashing? If it wasn’t for our great waiter we would be extremely furious given the price and we were celebrating. Thanks Joe!

Service was poor compared to past location. Business meeting with poor service many mistakes. Shame a great restaurant service of food was over 1 hr and driver nos had to ask for wine to be served. Managers need to leed

A most enjoyable lunch experience. Service was very cheerful albeit a bit slow at times. Excellent food, fish of the day and black Angus eye fillet. Restaurant was quite full and a bit on the noisy side. I think we will book the terrace next time to ease the noise. Overall excellent.

The good and service was good. I was disappointed though, the booking was made well in advance and we possibly got the worst table in the restaurant. It was very noisy and we weren’t really able to have a conversation

Celebrated my son's 21st Birthday with a set menu for 10 ordering the Wagyu rump drop. Amazing food, value, service and ambience. Staff were excellent - caring, considerate and attentive and made it a successful and joyous event. Venue was gorgeous, classy and felt like a high class resort. Thank you very much to Black Hide - looking forward to dining there again.

Service was good however had to wait for our table to be ready at 5:30pm and were seated late. 45min for steak and when it steak arrived both were overcooked. Our medium rare came out medium well and our medium came out well done. Still edible. This was acknowledged and we were kindly provided with a free dessert. The dessert was delicious as was the butter lettuce salad. Overall still an enjoyable experience.

The food was unbelievable as always. If there was another bartender on, I think we would’ve got our drinks as quickly as I like. A nice touch that the owner came around and asked all of the diners if they were having a good experience. I would eat here every night if the bone marrow was put back on the menu
