The 22,100-square-foot, two-story building includes a new restaurant and bar, second floor lounge, fireside room, private dining room, event space, meeting room, outdoor dining on both levels, and a state-of-the-art kitchen with a catering facility among other spaces.

Newcomers of Bend was very pleaed with the service we received at Black Butte Ranch. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The food and drinks were great! Thank you for hosting our event! We will be back! Kay D.

Service was excellent. Steak and vegetarian risotto entree were amazing. Wine list is also excellent. Must be a new chef; best experience that we have had in the last few years!

Three of four adults ordered off the kids menu due to lack of selection and options. The one adult meal was scallops. I had warned my friends we were going for the experience and not the food. The scallops were awful lacking taste as well as the orzo. Both were tasteless. My friends expectations were very low and of course, the food lived up to its very disappointing reputation. We dined at the Open Door the following evening and the Open Door lived up to their fabulous reputation.

We had a lovely dinner with our son. Food,drinks,service, all excellent!

Most of our meals were done well…scallops were undercooked. Our server had too many tables so service was hot and miss… had to go get her a couple of times. The sun was low and shined in our faces because not all windows have shades… other tables had the same problem but maybe it’s just this time of year. We finally physically slid our table for some relief. The place is beautiful and we will be back now that we know what to do and not do. We did love Robert’s Pub, a less formal and more affordable option. lakeside bistro is also a great value with great food and service

Service is always wonderful here. The food this time was disappointing. Everything lacked seasoning, and the salad tasted like it was dressed hours before it was send if not the day before.
