Great service, very good food fun ambiance. Bathrooms could be better maintained (esp since it was very early in the day) but otherwise a good experience and we will be back

Such a lovely restaurant with good quality of steak and service. The sauteed mushroom was impressive. My friends and I had a lovely evening there.

Went on Friday night. Welcomed by the staff and given menus ,tap water quickly. Ate off the prix fixe menu which had a good choice and very good value. Particularly enjoyed the kale, avocado salad and friends enjoyed their sausages & mash. Easy to find outside Waterloo station and handy for the Old Vic theatre just down the road.

Efficient chic place with a relaxing ambience where a person can go to spend an hour or so for everyday dining

Really nice waiter but maybe restaurant was busy so we needed to look for him when we needed something- didn’t proactively check on us for drinks / desserts etc ..

Great food , brilliantly cooked ( steak and chips) and speed of service and friendly ness was faultless. The house salad at £7.50 was ridiculously overpriced for a bit of lettuce grated cheese walnuts and dressing hence the VFM rating being poor on this account . In general the ambience was average although I am not sure what could be improved. Overall it ticked the boxes although would bring my own salad bowl !!

Staff were very friendly and attentive. The lady serving us was charming and excellent at her job. Would definitely return there. Food was outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was fine but the atmosphere was dead (we were early). Also, kudos to the staff who dropped our steak (mistakes happen) but were very keen to make amends and gave us an un-asked for discount. Much appreciated.
