Thanks to the Coravin System, we now have the freedom to pour a single glass of wine from any bottle without opening it. This system protects the wine from oxidation using Coravin's proprietary technology, which leaves the cork in place while the wine is poured. The service was only outdone by the quality of food - served hot, cooked to perfection and delicious. I was even surprised with a complimentary delicious chocolate ganache drizzled with raspberry and fabulous whipped cream complete with a lit candle as it was my birthday. Kudos, again Black and Blue exceeded our expectations!

This is our favorite steak spot! Whether filet mignon or bone in cowboy ribeye. My husband and I come multiple times a year. Our son has started asking for Black and Blue for dinner, so now it is a family affair. We always ask for Kelvin - He is the best!

food was just ok, my scallops were a bit sandy and not cooked enough even when asked to cook well. Ribeye came on a sizzling plate which is cool but it also cooks the steak more as you eat it leaving it dry.

Overall a decent experience but not great. Service was hit or miss. Took five minutes for our server to take an initial drink order but drinks were delivered quickly. Server never checked on us after mains were delivered (which was unfortunate as my steak was closer to medium than medium rare). Assistant server was a little too aggressive trying to remove the bread but a little slow on refilling water. Menu is fine and they execute on it well but it is very uninspired for a restaurant that seems to want to be higher end. They offered the usual selection of steaks, the usual selection of sauces, the usual accompaniments, the usual non-steak options. Nothing wrong with that but for the prices they charge it was underwhelming. Good selection of drafts and other alcoholic choices.

We had a large party of 8. Everything was amazing, especially the food. Every bite was a delicious experience. All of the food was beautifully served and was cooked to perfection. It is a hidden gem and we will all be back! I highly recommend this place!!!

B&B Steak and Crab is our go to for a reliable dining experience. The service is excellent, always. The menu is varied, and inclusive of vegetarian options. The chopped salad is my personal favorite with chicken peas and Bleu cheese crumbles. The Sea scallops are paired with a lemon risotto...delucious! Someone in our party always gets a steak. Last night was the NY strip. Cooked to perfection. Sizzling hot and seasoned well. I have to mention our servers Ian and John. Can't wait to go back!!
