Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. It took long than expected to get my food it was cold when I finally did also service wasn't all that great she had a attitude and spilled a drink on my friend and my feet I may try again as long as I get another server and hope food is hot

It was our first visit, and we'll be back. The service was a little slow, but the food and drinks were great. I'm glad that we made a reservation because the place was packed.

Our waiter was great! He was very nice and attentive. Didn’t feel rushed despite how busy it was on a Friday night. We had a reservation because we knew it’d be packed. Food was delicious. I got the Spicy peanut soba noodles and my boyfriend got the cheesesteak. Had a free birthday pizookie which was also delicious!

Experience overall was excellent! Service was very good! Food was Great! Saved room for the wonderful dessert! Absolutely Loved the Pizookie!

We have been there before with the large group (7 of us this time) and the service was fine but this time it seemed like every single thing, even water, took 10 minutes or more. Our server would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. It took nearly 3 hours from start to finish. We didn’t order any appetizers, we did order drinks and a main meal each. Easy. The checks were inaccurate and having them actually paid took the last 30 minutes. The server told us to mark out phone numbers down for the rewards but those are not showing as of now - nearly 20 hours later - so I don’t have confidence that they will. It will likely be quite some time before we try BJs again.

My wife and I had an enjoyable meal on Friday. My prime rib was very tasty and tender. My side (mashed potatoes) were good as well. BJ's does have servers which helps to free-up the wait staff. However, we feel the service at BJ's is often "uneven", and the food could be hotter (not tepid). Often, our main course arrives before we have finished our appetizer(s). My soup and mashed potatoes were luke warm. My wife ordered soup & asked for it to be hot. It was not hot when they served it, so she sent it back to be reheated. My second side did not come out until I was about 1/2 through my meal, despite our waitress and server both telling me it would be out in a couple minutes. Again, this is not the first time these types of incidents have occurred while dining at BJ's. Our waitress, Seanna, was very dependable and nice. Not happy that they removed 2 healthy items from the menu (kale salad & Lentil soup). There are lots of unhealthy fried items to choose from, but would like to see more healthy choices.

Noise level was too loud. Hard to have a conversation. I'm not sure energetic was the right word.
