Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. I have read the reviews prior to coming in and dining. However, I like to form my own opinions and the service was amazing. Along with the great menu choices there’s something for everyone. The drinks could have been a little less water down however I feel as though the bartender got into a group, and started to make a really delicious drink. The Sunday prime rib special is the best, but we tried several appetizers and all were really good. Only one that was a little questionable was the avocado as they were a little over cooked.

It was AWFUL!!!!! From the time we ordered till the time the food was brought to our table will literally 1 hr. Some of our food was fresh and hot while and some was cold and you could tell had been sitting around. My sandwich was burned. I had to scrap the char off with my knife. My son ordered chicken tenders and a side of fruit. The tenders were hard as rocks and the fruit was warm (like it had been under a heat lamp) and soggy. Our server kept apologizing for the long wait. He was very nice, but overall it was bad experience. So disappointing.

Adam was our server and he was amazing. My family and I have never been here and he mad the experience very good.

Some of the food was cold, but overall it was good. We had a large party and it seems they wait until all the food is done to bring it out which is why some of the food was cold. Will try again with less people. Wings were really good.

We made reservation for eight people and arrived a few minutes before the time. They put together tables for us but failed to provide napkins/utensils. The appetizers arrived but we had no utensils or plates. I had to get up from table to ask the employee at front door twice for these items. They forgot to bring water refills, and then when we did get them, they left all the empty glasses cluttering the table. We had to get up from table to request check, and then they took an extended time with our credit card before returning to our table. The food was good, but the service is nonexistent at BJ’s. Days later, I receive a notification from Open Table that the restaurant marked me a no show. Well, no surprise as BJ’s treated me as such while dining there.

Even with a reservation the guy said he forgot to set up our table. After 20 minutes we were seated at a dirty table. He wouldn’t let us move bc that was in another servers section. We asked for a broom and he said he would need to find one. We never saw him again. The service was slow and the waitress didn’t know how to use the ordering machine. One of us asked for onions on her burger and she couldn’t figure out how to do that. Another’s drink had black things floating in it. We had to go to the bar to get another one because the server never came back. Wednesday burgers are supposed to be on special for $11 but she charged us full price. We went back to the bar to ask for help and they said they would find our server. After ten minutes, we just left. This was a really awful experience.

Our reservation got ignored so we waited almost 40mins when we were there before reservation.

We spent about $110 on this meal. I got a soggy salad with room temperature, cut up frozen chicken tenders on it for $18. My husband got a very dry prime rib sandwich with about 12 french fries for $19. We shared $21 nachos as an appetizer. They were good, not good enough to be that expensive, but still very good. We also got wings which we ended up taking home. They were okay. We also had two beers and a cider between us, which were all just okay. The service was just okay as well. All in all, this was such a disappointing meal that I stressed about spending that much on it the whole ride home. Not a good experience and won't return.
