Excellent service from the hostess who checked us in and seated my wife and I, our waitress Autumn, and the manager who came by the table asking if we enjoying our night..not to mention the food& drinks were delicious. A+

Food was delicious as well as the dessert. All of the food was hot when served we got burgers, pizza and a steak special plus the wonderful pozookies for dessert. We were lucky enough to have Angie as our server. She was so fun, pleasant and a fantastic server . Angie really made our night special.

Arrived and seated right away-we had made reservations. Server stopped by table to say he’d be right over. He was. Introduced himself and took drink and appetizer order. Ordered dinner. I ordered protein bowl with grilled chicken and no corn/pepper topping. Food arrived without the topping. Took one bite and was shocked at how spicy it was. Gulped some water and took a bite of chicken. That too was spicy. I was unable to eat the meal. Server came back and asked if I wanted a box. I said no. He picked up my full dish and returned with the bill. No mention that I didn’t eat. Didn’t ask if there was something wrong with it. Isn’t that server 101?

I wish I could remember our servers name, but she said it was only her third shift and we were a party of 10. She was great, timely, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly.

Food was marginal. Not prepared as requested. The waitress never asked if we needed drink refills. Asked if we were loyalty members... Then never explained how the program worked. Service and food has declined since prior visits. Would not recommend.this restaurant.

We had a birthday party for 13 people got 1 sever and she was no where around my daughters had to take the plates off to put on the empty table and half the food was cold when it came out. Never saw a manager come by and was told by the server she came in just to do the party. It turn out to be a bad 60th party for my wife. I would have to think if I want to go to bj’s again, total cost of the meal with tip was over 550.00, I had better service paying less.

the food was good as always but the service by the server was absolutely terrible. kept making mistakes and couldnt even clean up the mess she made. that job is most certainly not for her. shes useless
