I wish I could remember our servers name, but she said it was only her third shift and we were a party of 10. She was great, timely, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly.

Food was marginal. Not prepared as requested. The waitress never asked if we needed drink refills. Asked if we were loyalty members... Then never explained how the program worked. Service and food has declined since prior visits. Would not recommend.this restaurant.

We had a birthday party for 13 people got 1 sever and she was no where around my daughters had to take the plates off to put on the empty table and half the food was cold when it came out. Never saw a manager come by and was told by the server she came in just to do the party. It turn out to be a bad 60th party for my wife. I would have to think if I want to go to bj’s again, total cost of the meal with tip was over 550.00, I had better service paying less.

the food was good as always but the service by the server was absolutely terrible. kept making mistakes and couldnt even clean up the mess she made. that job is most certainly not for her. shes useless

We had no wait as we had a reservation and the food was excellent. The only complaint I would say we had was our waitress. She did not listen to what we needed and never cleaned any of the apps etc off and never came over to really check on us.

We were seated right in front of the “pick up”door even tho we had made a reservation. Ended up moving tables bcz it was way too cold. Ordered boneless wings…. Came thru as chicken bites.. same as you’d get from a fast food joint. My husband got the salmon, asked for no lemon… yep, it had LOTS of lemon. Server was upbeat but way too overloaded & barely came back til the end. On the bright side, the old fashion was delicioso.
