Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven’t just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Food was outstanding! We came in as a party of 12 and had a great time. Overall I'd give it a 4/5 because although the food and the ambience was amazing, our server was not exceptional. We waited over half an hour to get our checks when asked for them and even when we did get them, they were split incorrectly. After asking for a fix, our server then took another 30 minutes to fix it and bring it back. At one point, we had to ask a different server to find OUR server. Great food, great experience just needs improvement in the service area.

It took 1.5 hours for food to come out, and it was cold.

This restaurant is typically a family favorite but not today. We ended up leaving after more than 1 hours 45 minutes with no meal for my son, as they gave away his pizza then made the wrong pizza twice after that.

Food and service were sub par, took ages to take order, reviewed orders with us and still got it wrong. No refreshing if drinks -had to ask one by one for refills that were often just forgotten.

Made reservations for Friday 8:30 pm. Arrived at 8:15 at the unmanned hostess station. Stood there for over 10 minutes with numerous employees passing about but not one person welcomed us for way too long. Finally was seated at a table. Again, no one even greeted us until “Jack” asked if we’d been waited on. We said “not yet” and he volunteered to help. Look, the place, for a Friday night wasn’t busy whatsoever. I typically don’t complain, but this was a frustrating night. Done with BJ’s.

Disappointed because we booked a very specific table for an anniversary dinner and they didn’t even take note of it and placed us in a really weird spot close to the bathroom. We tried to address it but it seemed like no one was willing to fix the table issue. Ruined our dinner slightly.
