Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. We usually sit in the bar area where the service is excellent. Yesterday afternoon we went for an early dinner at 4:30 PM with our grand-daughter and sat in the main dining area. Unfortunately this is a bad time at BJ's because of their shift change in servers. We sat in a booth for over 15 minutes before we could any service, this was only because I caught someone who was getting off her shift. Because she was leaving for the day, she really didn't want to serve us but she was kind of enough to at least bring us some water and a beverage. It was another 15 minutes before we got someone to take our dinner order. They said this delay was a result of some confusion as to who's area we were in. Unfortunately we did not have a very good experience!!!

Ordered the prime rib special. What a huge mistake. It was very fatty and grizzly . Never again! The entire meal (salad, sides, main course, etc) were cold and tasteless. Bj's lost a return customer.

The double cut Pork Chop is excellent. It's very moist and cooked just right!

We were seated promptly at our reservation time server was excellent she made recommendations and had our drinks continually replenished

Our server was very pleasant and accommodating. The ladies love the special lunch menu and all items ordered were tasty and filling.
