Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Hostess took us to a broken table, was awful when we asked for another table- she told us there was nothing else available then showed us a different one and walked away agitated. The menus were on the old table so we had to get them, we had to gather chairs for the new table as there were only 2 (for a party of 6); the floor around the tables was dirty, and we waited 10 minutes and no one came to the table. We left the restaurant and those at the hostess stand didn’t ask why or if they could help. Won’t be back.

Once the checks were paid. Service stops. We never got refills on water or tea after the checks were paid.

Waiter did great job, but he was alone with lot of tables and waiting for food was long; food was great

Your host. I’m a host as well and have been in the food and beverage industry for over 16 years. As I approached your host, she had a bit of discomfort greet. When people come and leave the establishment, your host is suppose to be the main eye when coming in, being seated, as well as walking back to the host stand, and when us guest are leaving as well. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work either and I can understand it’s the weekend but honey, that’s how the job is that you signed up for. I’ve seen the same interactions with other tables as she sat them. You come to work with a smile and not a please don’t bother me face. The food was good and our server was spectacular as well.

Service wasn’t great. Food was okay. Yea was old. They did replace with lemonade.

Weeknight specials are a deal! Service was great. Servers were quickly willing to oblige our request to put the Astros game on a tv where we could see it.

Good quality had dropped way off. Bartender needs obvious training . People stated as we came in the service was horrible. Our waitress was good. But several other tables were complaining.

Excellent ambience. Very good recommendations for lunch by server as well as excellent customer service. Would definitely come back.

We were a party of 6 at 6:00 pm on a Monday. I'm guessing they were short staffed as it took 25 mins to get most of our drinks. Two of the ladies had issues with their drink orders. One received the wrong cocktail after waiting an additional 10 minutes. The other had ordered a sparkling water and never did get it. Turned out that they had run out but never bothered to tell us. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Been there many times and it's been great but this was the first Monday night experience.
