Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Bjs in San Bernardino I give it a 1 star out of 5. The first thing we had reservations. When we checked it they told us it will be 25 to 30 minutes even though we had a reservation, so we had to wait. Next the place was so dirty, it looks to have not been cleaned in a long time, can't imagine what the kitchen looks like, next our order was all messed up but we delt with it. Then when we were ready for bill that took a long time to get our server was busy talking to other co workers. We will not be going back any time soon!

I just felt it took longer than usual to get our appetizers and our dinner. But overall the food was good and waitress was awesome

Jake B was an excellent server ! Hands down the best we have had for this location . We were party of 11 there for a birthday and everything went swimmingly .

I got there 10 minutes before my reservation and both people in the front said I would have to wait 25-30 min because open table is a third party reservation system and they grant walk in’s first Very disrespectful and disappointed

Fantastic service the food is always delicious many of items to choose from I absolutely recommend this place For all occasions the food overall I rate a 11th out of 10
