Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. We went for our granddaughters birthday to try the prime rib. Fortunately, we had a reservation because it was homecoming for one of the local schools, and it was packed. In any event, we got seated within a few minutes of our reservation and our prime rib was perfection. Mostly, though, our server was a rock star. His name was Keatin (sp?) and with all the pressure of a packed restaurant, he never skipped a beat!

Typical bar fare and it was fine. Nothing awesome but nothing bad either. Servers were very friendly but service was super slow. Just seemed too busy really to keep up with their tables timely.

Bugs in food, drinks delivered after entrees eaten, even though orders were placed at the beginning

Had to wait an hour for a table, despite having a reservation and then speed through the email to get to our event on time.

The asparagus was grainy and you could not even chew it. My dinner arrived at our table after everyone else was finished.eating. I was most dissapointed.

Every table surrounding our, had a problem. To never receiving a plate when everyone else was served, and done eating. To being served and no silverware, and se aprons never receiving drinks that were ordered. Another table received food that they described as trash. Our service was very slow and un attentive Food order was incomplete. Check had an error as well. Deserts never came and left without receiving them.

Sadly our server was a nice person, but failed on multiple fronts. Our menus were taken from us as the server forgot that we hadn’t even ordered dinner. Failed to bring out setups for our guests after three separate requests. Filled half sodas with water. Brought out wrong dessert for our kid also. Lots of little things missed throughout our whole evening.
