Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better.

we had a reservation but still weren't seated for 20 min, as if we had just walked in without a reservation.

While the food was good, the poor waitress was having to run all over waiting on tables on one side of the restaurant and having to go to the other side to wait on us. There is some understanding that it was a Saturday night and but it felt like management was stretching its self a little bit. The waitress did the best she could.

There was nothing out of the ordinary getting seated for a 7:00 p.m. reservation was slow

Would go back BUT service was very slow …… the waiter did apologize since there was a few big parties present that day …. Could have gone a long way to make a gesture of a few drinks or something along with the apologies

Food was cold prime rib was tough. Vegetables cold. No one cleared the table throughout the meals. Restaurant was dirty bathrooms dirty. Have been there many times must be a management change because place going downhill fast.

We had a reservation for 5:30 and arrived on time. We were told it would be ready soon. We weren't seated until 5:50. Then it took a long time before the waiter came and took drinks, then a long wait till the arrived, then a long wait to order. My husband ordered soup as his meal - the only thing he ordered. The waiter brought the soup with the salad included in other entrees. It took forever to get our food and it was close to 6:50 by the time it arrived, with his soup sitting for 20 minutes. We weren't offered refills or an apology for the length of time we waited. One meal included dessert, but waiter closed out the bill and said it would be hard to order it now. We paid and he gave us the dessert to go because we had an event to attend. We left at 7:25 with an ice cream dessert in a bag and nothing said about the many missteps. The food arrived and was tasty, but also cold. So unpleasant and definitely won't be back.

We had to clear our salad plates from our table onto another table that was empty but still had empty dishes from the previous party. We sent back 2 meals that were not prepared as requested and still came back out wrong. The manager didn’t seem to care and just walked away without saying anything. Very disappointed with the service!!!

Had a reservation for 8pm for 6. Was there at 750 and checked in. Was not acknowledged one time and was not seated to almost 820. We were celebrating a birthday the serve tried his best claiming he was new and only been there 3 weeks. Kept walking away before we were done with our ordering. Appetizer came out 1 at a time with many minutes in between. I really like the restaurant just needs to get it together a little more
