Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Food was cold. Had raw chicken and for sick from the burger we ordered. Service was great though, very nice people

I brought a group of coworkers and we were seated immediately and our server was very kind and attentive. I got the Parmesan crusted shrimp and it was clearly just warmed up and was not great. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were decent enough. One of the people in our group had to wait longer for her food because of a mix up, but mistakes happen. Overall it was fine and a good choice for a large group with varying tastes.

Our waitress was inattentive and rude, as if we were an inconvenience to her. She spilled part of my drink and neither apologized nor made any attempt to clean it up. We had to have the server bringing our food to flag her down so we could get a drink refilled. The service is usually good, but this experience was pretty awful.

Our server seemed annoyed to be working there and was not very friendly. She did her job but never was nice. Food service was slow and food was terrible.

There were six of us and everyone liked what they ordered. We had a very good time together celebrating the granddaughter's birthday.

The service was great, but the tortilla chips were stale, and the spinach and artichoke dip was not good, the broccoli cheese soup was gross

The waitress was incredibly scatterbrained and told us on three different occasions. She was going to bring us plates for our appetizers and never did we got chicken wings, and they were incredibly overcooked and dry. The restaurant was incredibly dirty with lots of liquid splatter on the wall and crumbs and debris in the seats.

The fried chicken sandwich was fairly late coming out, however, it was hot and delicious when it finally arrived.

Disappointed last night... there were 9 of us and we should've been told, at the start, that they were running behind because of kitchen issues. Also we had a trainee waiter on a table of 9, which seemed overwhelming a bit. Food was not at a proper temperature and we recieved the salad and soup before the appetizers. We enjoy eating at BJ's, but this was not at all our usual experience. 😒
