Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. This location was out of many food selections. Waiter shared with us that the location we chose was a test store for many food items. Out of a certain steak. Out of a certain appetizer. Service was great tho!

We had a great experience, in large part because of our server, Crystal. She was amazing! She was very attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile. My dining partner wanted a martini with stuffed olives, but I guess you guys don’t have stuffed olives. Crystal offered to stuff them herself. She did so, and his drink was amazing. The food was great as well, but Crystal really was the reason why I gave five stars.

The prime rib was cold and dry. The burger and fries were cold and dry. They took them back and just reheated them. The prime rib was inedible and should never have been served. We were comped and then while finally trying to eat, our server was pressuring us to go and wanting to box up our food. She was concerned with her tip only as that was the first thing she checked when we paid our check. I recommend the Scottsdale location, but have had bad experiences the last 3 times at the northern ave location.

We took a couple customers out for dinner and had a great time. Brittany was the BEST server!!! She was so upbeat and friendly it made the whole evening a terriffic experience. From the Deep Dish Nachos to the entrees, to the Pzookie deserts the food was really good.

It was our first time here and the food was good. We had the pretzel for an appetizer and a burger for dinner. Both were great and we will definitely be back.

Calamari had good flavor, but the lemon pepper wings had no flavor & the chicken Parmesan & noodles were dry & lacked sauce.

Our server, Desmond H. (#119), made the evening so great for us. We had reservation for 10, celebrating two birthdays. Table was ready and we were able to sit upon arrival. Desmond greeted us and took drink order immediately. Then did another quick drink service after the rest of the family arrived. Our meal order was taken promptly, and food came out quickly. Beverage service was perfect throughout our meal. Special dessert provided to our birthday guests. Food is OK, not better/worse than anywhere else. The service is what will keep us coming back. Thank you, Desmond!
