Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Forgot to bring drinks when asked. Took forever to get our food and to come take cash as payment.

It was easy to make a reservation. We were immediately seated and our waitress was great and attentive. The food came quickly and was great!

We had a reservation and we were seated right away. Then everything went downhill. We sat at our table for almost 20 minutes and none of the servers acknowledged us. Not even a hello. We watched the servers look completely confused at which table to deliver their food to. The management really needed to srep in and get the service team organized. They didn't during the time we were there. We wound up leaving after waiting for almost 20 minutes and went somewhere else.

3 plates had to be corrected. Once the plates were corrected, 2 out of the 3 were still not good. The steak was horrible. Waiter took a bit long for her to warm up / smile. The server was not people friendly. At first she seemed like she was having a bad day or we were bothering her to ask a question or to get us a drink etc.

Usually a great spot for me but must’ve went on a wrong day. Went this past Friday and waited almost 50minutes to receive our food. Had our drinks refilled twice only because I got up and asked for a refill. Server was nowhere to be found most of the time there. Food was still good but pizookies were severely undercooked and super doughy. Had to get new ones that were actually baked throughout. Overall experience was okay but nothing like my other experiences there. Always had the best services when I previous attended but like I said before , maybe just a bad day to go. 4/10

The $13 lunch items are quite the hit. The delicious salads, mini pizzas and dessert filled us up. It did take awhile to get our food during lunch time, so plan accordingly.

I enjoyed going to BJs this weekend. It seemed we unfortunately came at a time when there weren't any amazing deals (on us!). The wedge salad isn't the best I've ever had. Pizookie slapped as always. Service was a little slow.

We hosted a party for my 6 y/o baby girl and everyone was so sweet and helpful. Our servers were great and very attentive! We definitely will be back!

We made a reservation for 9 people on Open Table but then we had 10 people all together when we got there. We were offered to sit outside and with heaters, so it turned out ok after all. Good food. Good service. No complaints. We will be back. Thanks.
