Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better.

I was very disappointed in the food service. I had a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup and upon arrival, it was lukewarm at best. I sent it back to have hot soup and the returned soup bowl was unchanged. I was very disappointed!

Menu, drinks and ambience was really good, our server was not!! She seemed like she wasn't interested to be there. I had to ask 3x for water. Never acknowledged it and was put off with my final ask. Then asked for straws, never brought them and asked me if there was something she was supposed to bring? Heard her talking with friends about how she couldn't wait to get off because "people suck!" This is not someone who should be in a service business.

First time there. Several mistakes were made but quickly corrected. Food was great! Our server was super nice.

Host and waitstaff was friendly and efficient. Made recommendation on items when asked, and was attentive throughout the meal.

My husband and I were so excited to try this out, but ended up leaving really disappointed in the overall experience. Our appetizer never came out- which was the part I was most excited for, as an app girlie, and then our food came out so fast which is nice, but again no app. I also felt it was weird our bar drinks took so much longer than our food to come out. The manager was apologetic, although our server wasn’t. Food was okay, nothing to ride home about.

Someone recommended BJ’s to me, I wasn’t expecting a fine dining experience but I did expect good service and good food as I was told the food is good there. Our server was not very attentive to our table as she seemed to be with others. She didn’t come to check if we needed anything at all, she took our orders and that was pretty much it. When our appetizers and food did come out, it was ALL cold, maybe a couple things were lukewarm and only one entree and one appetizer was actually HOT. I don’t eat cold or lukewarm food. We sent back our food for it to come basically reheated, we knew it wasn’t fresh because the plates came back the same way but the food was dried out. My Crispy Sandwich was definitely CRISPY…it was BURNT. I was appalled that the y thought that was okay. The icing on the cake was when the runners brought the food to our table and because he couldn’t hold all of the plates he TOLD not ask but TOLD my friend to grab the plate because his hands were full. Of course she DID NOT grab it, that’s his job to figure it out and speaking of “cake” we went there as a little birthday girl time and that’s the service we received!

This experience was underwhelming. We had a 3:30p reservation at the Orland Park location; we weren’t seated until 3:45p and we had to point out a table that could be cleaned to accommodate our party of two. There were several staff just standing around instead of supporting one another with clearing and prepping tables. We ordered nachos with chicken and wings (with lemon pepper rub) as appetizers. We ordered the honey glazed salmon and jambalaya as entrees. The appetizers came well AFTER the entrees. The wings lacked flavor, the nachos were welded together with melted cheese that had become cold. The salmon was crispy. The couscous had NO flavor or seasoning at all The asparagus was overcooked with woody ends. The jambalaya was flavorful, but the peppers were coarsely chopped without any care for precision. The best part of the dining experience was the trio pizookie; we tried strawberry shortcake, brownie, and salted caramel. The worst thing about the dining experience was the manager Luis. He referred to my husband and I as “ladies “. Luis asked about our dining experience and we told Luis the food wasn’t great and the service was ok. He replied, “Oh ok, awesome” and walked away. This was very off-putting. We reported all of this to the general manager. Spare yourself and dine elsewhere.
