Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Our waitress was great. She made sure we had everything we needed to take care of our one year old.

The service was really terrible. Our food was served at all different times, with more than a 10 minute gap in delivery of entrees. We had to go find another server to ask them to check on the missing entrée. Some of the people had ordered the same food with slight moderations, and the server told us they had no clue which was which, and we should dig through it ourselves and figure out which entrée belong to which person. Three separate times we had to go find someone and ask them to search for our server , we will not be going back.

We had ten people last night for NYE. It took us 45 minutes to get order taken. It took another 45 minutes to get our food. Only half of our food showed up and it was cold. We waited for last two meals after EVERYONE had already eaten. One was bowl of soup and other was chicken dinner which was cold. We don’t complain much but this was so bad that will never be back.

Xmas eve so understandably very busy. We had a reservation and got right in. Had no server. Food served cold, out of order same as beverages. Came at wrong times. Food orders were correct however.

Very slow service. I do appreciate bringing children a snack while waiting-helps a bit with the fact the service is very slow. Thought it was just a busy time the first several times, but seems to be a consistent factor. Probably will not go back.

We waited over 40 min for our Pizookies. We had finished eating, paid our bill and still waiting for the pizookies to come out. Very disappointed.

Our server Amanda was great! She was very courteous, kind, and made sure the special event for the 16 year old’s birthday was a good one. Food was very good and everyone in our party seemed to have a good time and enjoyed the food. Thanks BJ’s Brewhouse and will be back again another time! ✌🏻
