Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Almost everything was good. They texted us about a table after we had been seated for about 30 minutes. So I hope they consider that we showed up for our reservation. I gave my name when I came in. The person I was with was already seated, but I didn’t see the text that they sent me after I arrived home

Their tri-tip is now listed as a sirloin. It was bland, no seasoning on it at all. It was also somewhat rubbery. Tasted like it was an aged piece of beef which I don't like. Didn't eat the ribs (had 'sirloin' and rib combo), but suspect the ribs will be dry. Salad was good (starter), also came with steamed broccoli (also no seasoning at all) and white cheddar mashed potatoes (needed a bit more milk added to the potatoes as they were dry). Husband had prime rib. Good sized serving, came with a salad (he ordered the wedge), white cheddar mashed and broccoli. He commented the prime rib was good but also wasn't seasoned much. New chef? Need to learn how to season things. Obviously don't want things so salty that their not edible, but this missed the mark.

BJs prepared a lovely table for our party of 8. Our waiter was knowledgeable and helpful food choices were varied and everything was tasty . Definitely an enjoyable experience.

Good to be able to watch the Colts game while dining. Bownnie Pizookie was delicious.

Arrived early for 1 pm reservation. My request for a booth away from doors was received and adhered to. Good service, food delivered as requested. Jambalaya retains it's excellent taste. My go to place for Jambalaya is BJ's.

The food was overall pretty good. The calamari appetizer (the new 'mandarin' one) was just fried. That's all - just fried. You could not determine a piece of calamari in there. But the sauce was good, and fried dipped in sauce - that works. The service was fine. The problem was the bathrooms - they were completely disgusting. I mean, wet floor, TP all over, almost out of TP in the one stall and disgusting splatter in the other. Gross. Glad I went at the end of the meal and not the beginning.

Service was outstanding. Food was fresh and the 4 of us liked our entrees. The pizookie desserts are amazing and fresh! The noise is a little much for normal conversations.

My daughter and I went to BJ's for dinner, and everything was great. From the front door to the service, the food was prepared perfectly, and our server AMANDA S WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and suggested some things for us to try, we will definitely be back and will be requesting AMANDA S FOR MY SERVER. PS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BJ'S CREW.

We visited on a busy Friday night. The food was good, the service was good, but our server was way over sat. He did a very good job for the time that he had. He was sat with no less than 14 people, and we couldn't even see his whole section. I work in the industry and there is no way that he could have given his best service to everyone in his section. He was super nice and helpful. He did an admirable job in an impossible situation.
