Service was very disappointing and food came after an hour and was cold Our waitress did not check in us for 20 minutes I got my salad and then waited 20 minutes to get someone to bring cutlery Our food came and we still had no cutlery so waited another 5 minutes for cutlery Poor poor service and food

Wife and I made a date night for dinner and a movie. We were seated within 5 minutes, our server was spot courteous. Drinks took a bit longer to get than we hoped. Dinner was above average.

The foods and side dishes was Cold. Especially the Prime Rib, the steak look uneatable. But the Waitress was kind to get us a new plate for the side dish.

Worst server and food ever. I like BJ’s but this time was very very bad. Only thing I can say nice was that the manager was very nice and helpful

Music was too loud. I’ve been to other BJ Restaurants but the music was too loud that I had a hard time hearing other members in my party. I don’t think I’d return to this location.

We have always been pleased when dining at BJ’s This Mother’s Day was no exception. The food was very good and our server Sabrina was excellent forward to our next time there.

Food took long to come out but I’m guessing it’s because it was Mother’s Day weekend. Although, it wasn’t too busy when we went. There were empty tables around us. The baked potatoes came out too hard and my chicken pita tacos were more pita than actual chicken.
