Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. I had the ribeye steak and my husband had a chicken plate. Everything was very good. The server was excellent!

Our waitress was a little overwhelmed I believe. Took forever to get our drinks. The Appetizer was delivered with dinner. Not before. Didn’t check on us very often. Just lack luster service. Not my best dinning experience.

Steak was over cooked I ate about 1/8 of it. The server didn’t ask about it. The server seemed like we were a bother when asking and we had to ask multiple times for refills. It took way too long to bring the check. I had to ask for the check.

Server was quick to start then it was a wait for everything. Water, drinks, etc. slow to check in on our table

“The food here was disappointing and lacked flavor. On top of that, our meals were served cold and had to be sent back to be reheated. If you’re looking for quality and taste, it’s worth spending a bit more elsewhere.”

Server took a while to get to us. He said something was on happy hour that wasn’t and we ordered it but the manager gave us discount for the miscommunication. Happy hour appetizers were not made well.

Food was decent. Waited 20 min for anyone to talk to us. And they messed up on our food we ordered Togo

The server was very attentive and helpful. Drinks were delicious. The food overall was not at par of our usual experience. Our usual experience here is very good.

it took them 15 minutes to even ask what we wanted to drink, then 20+ more minutes to even get the drinks out! we waited for the food for an hour and only when we asked for the manager we somehow got our food then... which some of the onion rings were cold, the fries looked like they were just re-dipped into the oil and were flimsy and soaked in grease. the burger was very obviously sitting under the warmer for quite some time aswell. meanwhile 3 employees laughed and talked and all cleaned ONE table together to then walk in circles around us. it wasn't even a busy night. nothing was offered to fix our experience. will not be dining here again, terrible way to celebrate a birthday.

The service was horrible. I had to get up twice to find someone to get us water. We were left sitting with dirty dinner plates on the table for 30 minutes. Had to get up and ask someone to clear the table. Staff was rude and didn't know the menu. It ruined our special event. Thanks
