Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Fast and friendly service. Great selection of foods and drinks. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously, food was delicious and well presented. Will go back again.

Well it was my husbands birthday, we had reservations and when we arrived we sat for 15 minutes while all of the Caucasian workers looked at us sitting there and continued to walk by without saying a word. It was not until the workers of color noticed us sitting and came over to ask if we had been helped. Then we requested to speak to the MOD (destiny) and she NEVER came by to see what was wrong . We left our actual waitress .. Jessie I think was her name curly hair.. she was awesome :)

Horrible service. Drinks took forever!! Never got refills till after the dinner was brought out. Wrong cut of meat brought out and burnt to a crisp. When asked about it they said it WAS the right kind of cut but it was obvious it wasn’t. Wouldn’t take it off the bill unless it wasn’t touched. Made no sense. Never got 2 drinks we ordered because they were at the bar and the lady forgot. Multiple wrong orders brought out. Overall bad organization, and cold, wrong food. All alcoholic drinks brought out were terrible. And waiter never remembered anything requested.

We had a reservation and it took 15 mins to seat us in a half empty restaurant. The food took 40 mins to come out, and my fish tacos were cold. It seemed like the kitchen was very short handed and operations were generally disorganized.

Our experience at BJ’s was excellent! Our table of 8 was stationed nicely and the server was excellent! The Prime Rib and Filet Mignon was juicy and cooked as requested. Everyone had a nice time and enjoyed the outing at BJ’s.

Received the MOST HORRIFIC SERVICE AND FOOD !!!! The Server name is Giovanni and he is THE WORST SERVER I HAVE EVER SEEN !!!! It took an hour for my food to come out and the food was not Hot AT ALL !!!!! My Prime Rib was OVERCOOKED and WASN'T SEASONED AT ALL !!!!! Giovanni was nonchalant about the terrible food and when I told him about my food not being hot after waiting an hour, his response was " I can put it in the microwave and reheat it for you " I told him ,Absolutely Not and requested to speak with a Manager. Food was remade , this time around Steak was hot but the veggies were cold and just thrown on the plate ! This restaurant needs to Hire Better Cooks And Waitstaff! Definitely won't recommend this BJ's to ANYONE ELSE !!!!

Took over an hour and a half to get our food and several items were not right. The waitress apologized and said she told the manager but the manager never came out and no discount was given.

The young lady we had as our Server was rude and took 30 minutes to take our drink order. She kept forgetting items and she was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this visit.

Bad service, all food ordered was incorrect. 3 people ordered the same thing and it came out three different ways. Server couldn’t get a single drink order correct, everyone had to swap drinks after the server called them the wrong item. Set reservation for 6pm and didn’t sit till 7pm, food was not brought out until 8:15. Awful place, genuinely the worst dining experience I’ve had.

We must’ve had a new waitress…the service was a little slow & she wasn’t sure of certain things…then I wanted to pay by mobile app & my check was not correct I was charged more drinks than what I had.
