Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Salad came while we were eating our meal. Manger comped us pizzookies, waited way to long for them to come, cookies were not warm. Went to BJ’s to celebrate a birthday. Booked reservation on-line and in drop down selected reason for visit was “birthday”. In comment section asked that after meal was finished to bring a pizzookie and sing happy birthday to grand daughter. This was completely ignored. Food wasn’t that great, service was below average. There are no plenty of restaurants with better food and service. That was my last time there.

Placed an appetizer to be brought with dinners. Came out early and then put in warmer for later. Food came and was cold. Appetizer was soggy. Mashed potatoes were cold. Asparagus was about 1/8th inch diameter and overcooked. Mgr offered pazooki dessert and it was undercooked. Needless to say dinner was a disaster. Beer was good. Don’t know what is happening with BJ’s but it has declined greatly recently. Been going to BJ’s for over 35 yrs but really disappointed this time.

The wait time was 45 minutes with an open table reservation. Not sure open table has any benefit.

Everything went well. It was Father’s Day, so busier than normal when I go there whether or not our thing was all good.

We made a reservation with open table and had an additional 40 minute wait. Several items on the menu- appetizers, and other food items were not available. The server kept apologizing for the long delay in food arrival. Second back to back experience at this location where the service has been sub par. Very disappointing!

The service was good. Our waiter was attentive and did a fine job. The food just was not good. My salad had a lot of brown lettuce and produce was not at the standard I’m used to for BJs.

Ordered entrees at 2:20, food didn’t come out until 3:05, other people were sat after we ordered and Served before we got our meals. My medium filet was Rare and over seasoned My wife’s Fries were cold Took over 30 mins to get a refill of Diet Pepsi Meanwhile other tables with other servers were getting service every 5 mins. Just bad luck I guess

Our Server was awesome! We had a good Mothers Day brunch. It's an easy place to go with Kids. one of our pizzas was cold, it was good but not as good as the fresh out of the oven one we got shortly after

It was just not a good experience for us. The service was a bit disjointed. Food came out over a 10-minute period and overall the food was not that great. Maybe just an off night but he probably will not go back
