Service was excellent even though we were told they were short a few servers. Food was excellent, especially the original wings. Just a few items were unavailable, but no big deal. When my daughter’s food came out with cheese (when we asked for no cheese) they were very apologetic and offered to remake it. Overall a very good experience.

This used to be a very good chain restaurant. I don’t know what happened but the food and service is just not what it used to be.

We waited over an hour for our food. Waitress didn’t seem to care. Then food came out cold. Messed up our check. Disappointed overall on what we were hoping to be a nice dinner out for Father’s Day.

I enjoyed the chili and the fish and chips. The choice of beers, ciders, etc. on tap was very impressive. The service was friendly and attentive.

This was our first time at BJ’s. When I read the reviews I was apprehensive but we went to see for ourselves. It was a little busy for a Saturday evening. We had a reservation for 6:30 and when we arrived we were seated pretty quickly. Our server, Lindsay came to our table to take our drink order and our drinks came to our table pretty quick. We order the jambalaya and Brewhouse steak sandwich. The jambalaya was very spicy but good and my steak sandwich was warm and seasoned very well. It was a lot of food so we did take the leftovers home. Then we shared the caramel pizootie. It was very good. Hot and the cookie had little surprises in it. We were definitely happy.

Great place for Pub food and classic beers. we were two couples in a booth and had a great time. It could be the same if it was with 4 guys after work for a happy hour get together.
