Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the managers even came to check on us. Food came out fast for a party of 9. Would recommend.

Our waitress was great. The food was good, but not amazing. We ordered a bacon burger that came out without the bacon. Our waitress promptly took care of it. One salad was supposed to have avocados on it according to the menu but didn’t. Everything else was ok. The pizzooki’s were amazing!

I came for their pork chops, but they were out. So I ordered prime rib medium. It came well done. There was no horseradish sauce or natural juice. There was no butter for my baked potato. I had to ask for them and also to get our drinks refilled. Very disappointed in the experience.

We made reservations and were promptly seated at our table 5 minutes early, which we loved as it was a busy Friday night. The server was friendly and professional and knowledgeable with the food selections. Our food was really good ~the salmon and prime rib both were cooked well to our liking. Now, the pizza wasn't very good as it was mostly crust, the waitress took that off our bill, even though we didn't ask her to. She felt bad that the pizza toppings were the only part of the pizza eaten. The Cocktails were really good!! This BJs restaurant is a busy location and seems to have the staff to support the business which is so nice to see, Thank you Lubbock !!

The server needs training!!! She did not pre-bus the table - actually didn’t take a dirty dish off the table at all! We had to move dirty dishes to other table. She did not ask my daughter if she wanted her salad first or both with dinner but she brought both our way before everyone’s meal by a long time… and the chowder was cold. Again, she needs training!

Our server was not attentive to our drinks we kept having to ask for refills and when we asked for napkins he kept forgetting. Was better than our previous times there but I believe there is still items that can be improved upon. The food was delicious and that’s why we go back …. My compliments to the chefs 👌
