This was our first time eating at a BJ’s and the experience was great. Just what we were looking for on a Friday night without the kids. Our Server was Red and he was amazing! Walked us through the menu and even kept us laughing. We didn’t know what we wanted to eat but he gave really good suggestions. It was an overall great time! Definitely will be back

We love BJ’s, food is great and normally service is good. Last night service was very bad. Someone in our party had to get up from the table and go to the bar to get another drink because our waitress was so inattentive.

We dined here as a family of four on a Saturday night with a reservation. We didn’t wait at all for our table but our appetizer took 30 minutes. The main course also took a very long time and one of our deep dish pizzas was actually cold upon arrival to the table! I have never had cold pizza at a restaurant before. This must have been made in advance and was just sitting around. The waitress offered to have a new pizza made but that took another half hour. We were also not credited with a discount or free dessert or anything else. Additionally no manager apologized for serving cold pizza. We understand that service can take long during busy times but we expect our food to be served hot. This was a disappointing experience.

It was quite a busy night, but service did not suffer at all. Although there were many people, we did not feel rushed to leave out. Our server his name was Red, was very attentive and provided good suggestions for beverages, dinner and desserts.

Everything was great, expect every time someone opened the door (not the rotating door) , there would be a huge draft that came in. We weren't even sitting near the door. We were freezing. However, the service and food were great! We will be back !

Too dark to even read menu, had to use phone light. Very cold in restaurant. One meal ordered came out way after rest of meal. Restaurant did take off bill. Soup ordered didn't come out. When asked about it, waitress said she thought we didn't want it. Then when it finally came out it was ice cold. Sent that back and had it removed from bill. Then when we got our bills (we had several people so 3 different bills), they were wrong. Had to have that corrected. Service was all together very slow. Hoping our waitress was just new and service is not like that all the time.

Our group of 8 were underwhelmed with the service. It took awhile for the food to arrive, and only 7 of the 8 lunches arrived at the same time. The 8th took another 5-6 minutes or so. Two of the 7 guests asked for mustard for their hamburger and catsup for their fries. By the time those items both arrived, their food was cold. Two of the 8 checks were incorrect, and had to be recalculated. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, so it wasn’t because of having large crowd was the issue. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
