Upon arrival, we were sat within a few minutes at a rounded booth. Sadly, the booth wasn’t very clean and there were napkins left on the seat from the previous party. From there, the service went downhill. Our server was not very friendly and was extremely slow and inattentive. Some of the food and drinks that we ordered we never received, yet we were charged for them on our bill. We ended up having to ask to see a manager to adjust our bill. Overall, this visit was very disappointing.

It was out first time there and we will definitely be back. The only complaint was the restaurant was very dark. I noticed many tables, including ours, that needed a flashlight to read the menu.

Started with the restaurant not honoring the reservation or noted special requests. Had to wait, table was not ready but plenty of open tables. Waitress suggested the margarita special...they were terrible, clear not yellow, tasted like ice water not margarita. Sent back and credit issued. Was given an incorrect menu that listed filet as an option but it couldn't be ordered. Food was ok at best. Ordered the blackened salmon and made a point to ask for truly blackened but it came well spiced but not blackened. The rice and broccoli were ice cold. When waitress brought fresh sides, the broccoli was still ice cold. Rice was lukewarm. Didn't eat them. The burger and chicken sandwiches were fine. Waitress never offered another round of drinks after meal was finished, didn't fill water. It was obvious that we needed to move on instead of visiting, having drinks and watching the Lions.

As always, the service was exceptional. Our waitress was polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and its items. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup in a bread bowl. Unfortunately, the soup was so salty that it was inedible. However, the waitress took it right back and brought me broccoli cheddar soup instead, which was hot and delicious.

Made a reservation via Open Table. When we showed up they did not honor or recognize the reservation. Took 20 min to get a table, not bad. Ordered, waitress came back and told me the dish I ordered was not available. So, got another order. Took over an hour to get the food. Others around us were being served. No explanation and not sure why it took that long. Not a good experience.

Our gathering was lovely but the bartender must have needed help because it took a WHILE to get our 1st round and it wasn’t all that busy yet.
