Too dark to even read menu, had to use phone light. Very cold in restaurant. One meal ordered came out way after rest of meal. Restaurant did take off bill. Soup ordered didn't come out. When asked about it, waitress said she thought we didn't want it. Then when it finally came out it was ice cold. Sent that back and had it removed from bill. Then when we got our bills (we had several people so 3 different bills), they were wrong. Had to have that corrected. Service was all together very slow. Hoping our waitress was just new and service is not like that all the time.

Our group of 8 were underwhelmed with the service. It took awhile for the food to arrive, and only 7 of the 8 lunches arrived at the same time. The 8th took another 5-6 minutes or so. Two of the 7 guests asked for mustard for their hamburger and catsup for their fries. By the time those items both arrived, their food was cold. Two of the 8 checks were incorrect, and had to be recalculated. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, so it wasn’t because of having large crowd was the issue. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Sept 18 Lions game night. Under 21 daughter was on a date. Waiter forced them out to flip the table and get another customer in who would generate a bar tab. Barely ate anything on their meals and didn’t box their food to take home. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic service. Never again. You should be ashamed.

Food was luke warm at best and didn’t come out all together. The cheese to the pretzel appetizer had already started to congeal by the time it was brought to the table. Some guest had fries with their meal and the were cold and hard. My meal came with a side of broccoli, not only was it cold it wasn’t even cooked. They put about 5 small pieces of raw broccoli on the plate. Our server was attentive and very welcoming.

Food took a long time to be delivered. Also vegetables portion size was very small. I had one broccoli head and the rest were stems. Asparagus was very thin and only 4 pieces. Servers were very nice and attentive. Low marks for food.

Upon arrival, we were sat within a few minutes at a rounded booth. Sadly, the booth wasn’t very clean and there were napkins left on the seat from the previous party. From there, the service went downhill. Our server was not very friendly and was extremely slow and inattentive. Some of the food and drinks that we ordered we never received, yet we were charged for them on our bill. We ended up having to ask to see a manager to adjust our bill. Overall, this visit was very disappointing.

It was out first time there and we will definitely be back. The only complaint was the restaurant was very dark. I noticed many tables, including ours, that needed a flashlight to read the menu.
