Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. This is the first time we’ve ever had any problems at the restaurant. We arrive there at 11 when the doors open with another couple. The music was so loud. We had a hard time talking and asked the waitress if we could turn it down she indicated that corporate policy to keep it at that level and she said at times she can’t hear, the customers when she interacts with them. We placed our orders when it was time to eat. I had to ask for new utensils as mine were dirty. When the food came, my tortilla soup was lukewarm so I had to send it back. The other person’s sweet potato french fries were lukewarm, but he ate them, sounds like things need to improve customer service to be positive.

Our experience was enjoyable and relaxing. The food was good and the waiter was great! It was not crowded, so it was nice and quiet.

Service was very poor. Had a 5:30 reservation and didn’t get our food until 6:40ish. Everything was slow. Getting drinks, refills, ordering, and getting food. No communication about the delays either until our food was coming and manager came to apologize for the wait. They did discount our meal but poor experience. We had children in our party to 2+ hour meals are difficult. They wanted dessert but we couldn’t stand to wait anymore.

Thank you so much for accommodating such a big party at 8:30 pm. We were celebrating 2 graduations and not many places are open late anymore. Our waitress Nora was terrific, fun and friendly! I didn’t catch the waiter’s name but he was awesome as well! We had a great experience and will come again…. Just not with a party of 20! Ha ha
